CAIA — Spirit of Triathlon

Alto Alentejo is one of the most authentic regions of Portugal — a land of plains, cork oaks and wide horizons, where Campo Maior and the Barragem do Caia stand as the backdrop for preserved nature and a vibrant community.

We want to help showcase this territory through sport: bringing athletes, families and visitors to discover the landscape, the gastronomy and the hospitality of the region, while contributing to its economic, social and touristic dynamism.

To achieve this, we count on the support of local councils, regional bodies and local partners who share our vision. Every Open Day, every race, every initiative is also an opportunity to put Alto Alentejo on the map of national — and international — triathlon.
